OCTLIGHT Recieves EU SME Instrument Phase 1 Grant

OCTLIGHT has been selected as one of the beneficiaries of the Horizon 2020 EU SME Instrument. Read the official press release here.

This is Phase 1 of the instrument, which grants the company €50,000 to be used for exploring and assessing the technical feasibility and commercial potential of a breakthrough innovation that a company wants to exploit and commercialize.

OCTLIGHT is one of seven Danish companies accepted in the first application round of 2017, joining the batch of 184 small- and medium-sized enterprises that was selected from a total of 2111 applicants.

Provided with about € 3 billion in funding over the period 2014-2020, the SME Instrument helps high-potential SMEs to develop groundbreaking innovative ideas for products, services or processes that are ready to face global market competition.
